Great book with one drawback,

I bought this book and was delighted with the range of recipes. Have made a couple of the cakes with "Mix B" BUT have found it is impossible to come by the tapioca flour so cannot progress with using most of the book.
Help - has Phil Vickery got an alternative flour!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Larger health food shops carry tapioca flour, or can order it for you. You can email goodnessdirect.co.uk who stock practically all the flours and can deliver. regards.
