Great product if you have low stomach acid (which is usually the cause for GERD rather than too much acid). Start off by taking one with each meal (preferably with 20g of protein) and slowly work your way up until your feel some sort of discomfort/burning/heaviness in your stomach and then take one less than the amount you took, that should be your recommended dosage (take s smaller dosage for a small meal, none when just snacking etc, google betaine hcl supplementation)

Healthy Kingdoms is probably the cheapest i've found in the UK and dispatch VERY quick. Placed an order last Saturday morning, was dispatched on the same day and received it by midday the next Monday. Great service, 5 stars.

Hello, thanks for the review. I've started taking these to try to help my acid reflux. Can you tell me how long it took before you noticed an improvement, as I've been taking them for around 3 days and I'm not sure I've seen any improvement yet. Thank you.

It depends on how bad your digestion is but you should definitely look into changing your diet to something like the paleo diet or GAPS. It's difficult at first but it genuinely changed my life. I'd say you could be symptom free in a week for the most severe cases and with supplementing if you do it right. Drinking bone broth and eating right should help you massively. Good luck :)
