Great interval training based dvd. It has 3 levels so you can start at beginner then work your way up. The move changes are fast (as they should be for interval training) but the more you do the dvd then the easier it becomes to anticipate the next move. I use this about 3 times a week and find Caroline to be a great motivator. Highly recommend.
