Love the new DualShock 4, great features and feel too it. Only thing....the battery life. Literally have to charge it nearly every 2 days or so (and i'm not even playing with it that much). Other than that, all good.

Why not just leave the controller plugged in to the PS4 when not in use? It charges in standby...

What's the point in having a "wireless" controller if needs charging practically every 24 hours. Yes I know I can plug it in via the USB and charge it whilst on standby or whilst playing a game, but when I've been charging it for hours only too use it once or twice for it too need charging again seems very excessive. My old dualshock 3 lasted days on end before needing a recharge.

But if you aren't using it at the time why not just plug it in? Yeah, it's wireless, but eventually it has to be charged like everything else. I plug mine in when not in use and never have to play while it's charging. Yes, the battery life is inferior to the DualShock 3, but if you don't play for long periods of time then it shouldn't matter as much.

God you're annoying..... is this how you spend your time. Replying to people's reviews on here and getting into pointless debates. I have no idea who you are or where you are from (and i don't care) but i sincerely pity your family and friends for having too put up with you. You must be a blast at parties right ;). In any case, i bid you farewell and please continue to enjoy your time on Amazon. Feel free to reply......or don't....i don't care :)

@ B. Miller
because some people want to switch their system OFF when "NOT IN USE".
....bad for the planet as well as component longevity.
