A must for anyone suffering with pain or illness,

This is a wonderful introduction to mindfulness meditation, inspiring, practical, very easy to understand. I would recommend it to anyone in pain and frankly anyone not in pain as it is a very interesting perspective to read from and we will undoubtedly all know people with pain and sadly may one day find ourselves in pain, even if short term. When Vidyamala talks about time for instance, she encourages you to know and understand what works for your body, how long you can sit, stand, walk, lay without it making pain worse, she gives real strategies for change and a better quality of life - what a star!!
