A Good Bouncing Buy!...not quite for absolute beginners though,
This review is from: Bounce for Beginners - Mini Trampoline Workout DVD from onesixeight: fitness (DVD)
First off, a thank you to Becky for sending this so promptly! Secondly, I want to positively say that this is a very good and easy to follow workout dvd and I would definitely recommend it as a good buy to any beginner or anyone wanting to bounce. However, I give it 4 stars as I am someone who is an absolute novice and who has just discovered and fallen in love with rebounding and also hasn't done much exercise over the past few years. I was expecting a bit more information on how to get started from scratch.
I have done a bit of research into it and most information states that you have to start off with a few minutes per day and gradually build up more and more time before getting to the longer 30 minute workouts. It would have been extra helpful to have a bit more information about that plus also to have warm up and warm down stretches before and after each session, rather than just at the end of the Ultimate Bounce workout.
When I get better and more confident, I will be following this dvd and as I said, for someone who's never done it before I would recommend this as a good place to start and to have in their fitness collection.
