Amateurish and often plain wrong,
By A Customer
This review is from: How to be a Property Millionaire: From Coronation Street to Canary Warf: From Coronation Street to Canary Wharf - Annie Hulley - Her Self-help Guide to Property Investment (Paperback)Luckily I borrowed this book from my local library before deciding whether to buy it or not - the decision is not! It is a waste of time and money. The advice it gives is pretty basic and I often disagree with it because it actually leads to excessive taxation or excessive risk. There are much smarter ways to invest in property and none of them are covered here.
If you have any financial intelligence, don't buy this book!

This is not a critical review...it is a personal pop at an authour. It clearly does not lead to excessive taxation or risk, on the contrary it advises caution every step of the way. My suspicion is this is from another authour who is out to ditch the book for obvious reasons.

After seeing this book so well rated a few years ago, I was disappointed with the very basic content. My suspicion is that many property experts get there friends to rate their books.
