I got this item at the discount price of £4.99 - what a brilliant purchase. It's easy to use and converts your existing headphones so they also have a mic input. I've tested it on iPhone and on Blackberry and both work great. The play/pause/rewind/forward function also works a treat, simply a case of single/double/triple clicking the built in button.

Some people have complained about the (long) length of the cable. Seems good to me - and I happen to use it with some short-cabled earpieces, so no problem. Plus you can guarantee if the cable was shorter, then there'd be people complaining about that!

I like the fact the cable has a rugged "cord" type surface - it's a bit like the feel of a shoelace, which actually feels quite solid and helps it from getting tangled. Feels and looks like a quality product and for the money I paid, well worth it.
