Although I have read most of the advice in some form or other, there are some unique tips that I hadn't come across.
One being, in order to reduce caffeine intake, to substitute tea/ coffee for a mug of hot water; I retched at the thought at first, to find that it really is quite pleasant.
There are also useful techniques for relaxing in bed and advice for shift/ night workers, who are often overlooked in this type of book.
