This review is from: Food Presenting Secrets: Creative Styling Techniques (Hardcover)
I brought this book nearly 2 years before this review. I looked through it and was very disappointed
as there was nothing new inside to motivate anybody into creating a fantastic looking creation.
I have revisited this publication and still feel the same way.
Do yourself a favour...Keep your money for something more interesting.

What books would you suggest?

What is it you want from the book? If it is only food presentation then I would suggest any of the new wave of chefs from the US and OZ like Origin, Quay, Bentley or Volt inc, Madisson Avenue. For real old school extravagance Ritz Paris..... These give clear pictures and great recipes but I will admit some are difficult to copy as some equipment used can be very high end. But the pictures will guide you and give you a point of reference for your own creations.
