Trying to fit in triathlon training with a small family growing up is a great challenge . A friend recommended "the complete book of triathlon training" and I have found the book extremely useful.
There is so many practical tips and training advise I won't need to buy another triathlon book.
This book really is complete, nothing missing from a 7 day nutrition guide to training plans for all distances to race day time line. What to do when, to post race recovery, analysis and how to improve next time and next season.
I have improved a lot this year, thanks to the information in this book and I am looking forward to using this book next year to help me build to compete in longer distance triathlons. I highly recommend this book for all levels of abilities and especially those with time constraints.
The author is a very experienced triathlete and a successful coach and I am pleased he has shared his knowledge and experience in this great book.
