A book of unmatched honesty,
This review is from: The View on the Way Down (Kindle Edition)
This could not really be anything other than a tale of sorrow flecked with moments of quiet humour. A revealing account of one family and their inability to talk. What is a great achievement is the portrayal of the barriers between all the people in the book. I found my self just wishing they would talk and understanding fully why they could not. It is a sad but ultimately revealing account that rings with truth about depression it's impact on family relations.
