Gone are the days of nut loaf for vegetarians,

Let me explain... I am not a vegetarian, but I do a lot of cooking and always find it hard to think of things to cook for my vegetarian friends. This book has changed all that. I visited Cafe Paradiso nearly five years ago and was overwhelmed by the quality of the food produced and the variety of dishes on offer. On visiting Cork earlier this year I saw this book, remembered the restaurant and was reminded of the good food I had there so I bought it. It has instantly joined my favourite cook books as one to browse and imagine the dishes while planning menus.
I cannot recommend this book enough.
