Verified Purchase(What is this?)
This review is from: Sennheiser OMX185 Stereo In-Ear Headphones (Electronics)
I purchased these for the gym as my current buds (Sennheiser CX300ii), whilst not only falling out occasionally, kept giving me static shocks in my ears whilst on the treadmill. Not a nice sensation.
So, i bought these on the grounds of having good sound as well as being a secure fit.
First impressions, they didn't fit as well as i'd hoped. They hung on as well as being 'in-ear', but they weren't snug. Perhaps i have funny shaped ears (?), but that said, they still didn't drop out whilst running.
Sound quality, not great - an average sound really. I wasn't expecting anything fantastic, but the bass certainly lacked.
Quality wise seems good - they're sturdy and, with most Sennheiser products, good quality.
Overall though, I was a bit dissapointed. I use various Sennheiser products at work from wireless mics, transmitters, headphones - and they tend to be fantastic for the price.
If you're after something cheap and cheerful, but well made - go for these.
If you like your bass/clarity in your music, then i'd highly recommend investing a bit more.
