I haven't seen this information posted on Amazon, so here's what I've been told by Tom Austin at Optimum Releasing on how to claim the replacement discs:

"We need you to post the faulty discs 3, 6 and 7, to us at the address below, including a return address to

I will be doing this and will report back when the replacements arrive.

PS: Please make sure you include a return address when you send your discs off!

Shall I assume that since I see no "report back" that you never got any replacements? I've been dealing with "Tom Austin" aka "Customer Services" for about a YEAR now, trying to get a replacement blu-ray disc of The Big Blue that has the original soundtrack on it, instead of just a dubbed French-only soundtrack. Optimum Releasing keeps promising that they will, or HAVE, "dispatched" the replacements, but I have yet to see anything. I asked them to send it FedEX with a tracking number, but from their odd English it looks like they've sent it postal mail with "delivery confirmation", which doesn't do anyone any good. I don't have good feelings about this....

Oops - I did get replacement discs sent - took about a month or a little over, but they did turn up - no covering letter or with compliments slip but they did turn up. Also there's nothing obvious at first glance to show that these were the corrected versions but they are.

They sent mine very quickly - the new discs arrived no more than 5 days after I posted the faulty discs out.

I posted the faulty ones via Recorded Delivery - ie so I had proof that they had received them - which may have helped their swift sending of the correct ones.

I recommend people send them via Recorded Delivery in case it does indeed help.
