This review is from: Chi Running: A Revolutionary Approach to Effortless, Injury-free Running (Paperback)
As a 30-something trying to get fit again, I was scared to run again due to problems with my knees. Before I read this book, running had become laboured and every so often one of my knees would start complaining.
Having read this book once and starting to focus on changing just a couple of things, i.e. lifting my feet and stopping my knees from pronating (ie turning out), I have just come back from a run that I normally return feeling shattered, but instead feel like I have just warmed up.
Thats just after following 2 tips - what will I run like when I have used the book for longer?
Note the book doesn't promise to be a "quick fix" - you should buy this with the expectation you will have to put work in but it looks like it is worth it.
