An excellent book with beautiful photographs which encourage you browse through and happen upon dishes that you might not have thought of making. You find a very comprehensive list of recipes - all calorie counted by individual item (so easy to recalculate if you need to change any ingredients).
I received my copy yesterday and have already made one of the dishes (Leek and crunchy carrot gratin) and it was easy to follow and really delicious. I like Belinda’s preambles to the recipes which gives you a real sense of her personal involvement in them.
I am following 5:2 and will find this book very useful - and not only on fast days.
