This is amazing. I've been doing the Fast Diet for 3weeks and lost 10lbs so far. It's a diet for life that can be easily done and fitted into your life without depriving yourself of all the things you like. The book explains the science, what to eat etc in a easy to understand way. Brilliant!!!!
