5.0 out of 5 stars The real Deal or no Deal at all, 2 Jun 2014

This review is from: Hands of the Ripper [Blu-ray] (Blu-ray)
I am a great lover of Network, who have in the past given us Beasts, Mystery and Imagination, pathfinders in Space and many more all with a wonderful 24 page commemorative booklet, so what are Network thinking in putting out a great blu-ray release of Hands of the Ripper with a PDF booklet, If this is the way Network are going to do DVD packages then I will not be buying any dvd's from them, Are they not aware that the real fans love the 24 page booklet that they can take out and read and makes for a much more handsome package , So Network do not try and save money by this cheapskate PDF booklet and give the fans what they really want.

I'm slightly confused. You give the release 5 stars but appear to complain that it comes with a PDF booklet.
I have just received my bluray copy which comes with a physical paper booklet and looks a great package, in keeping with the quality of their Hammer DVD releases so I don't really understand the complaint

Ah. I've just noticed the date of your review. Reviewed in June, two months before release. Just to reiterate, it comes with a physical booklet so worry not! ;-)

What a bizarre review to post, unless of course Network originally announced that it would be a PDF booklet, then perhaps it was merited but I wish people would post reviews once the item is actually released, even though some of the poor reviews are unjustified.
