Well, it's bilingual,
This review is from: Accuratus Russian Language USB Full Size Keyboard - Black (Personal Computers)There is nothing to see on the site that says this is a bilingual keyboard. This is such a major point that the information should not be hidden. A Russian keyboard is a Russian keyboard.

I do not think that just 'Russian' keyboards exist. They all are bilingual.

They are all bilingual. I'm trying to learn Russian at the moment and after hunting around online and speaking to some Russian friends of mine, even they have to use bilingual keyboards. I've been told that pure Russian keyboards haven't been around since the days of the Soviet Union.
