The description states that the charger can be used with iPhone and Android including the Samsung galaxy s3, however I have found that the charger doesn't work with the s3 at all, it says it is charging but no actual charging takes place, needs to be sorted out

I've had no problems at all with charging my S3 using this battery. Apart from my Asus Transformer it has charged numerous different phones, 7 inch tablets and even my bluetooth headset. I'd suggest a faulty device or charging cable.
