This book is by far the most interesting - and I am only on Chapter 3, which deals with functions. As any programmer probably already knows the basics of functions, the author introduces the following topics in this chapter:
Using anonymous functions
Inner functions (functions defined inside functions)
Functions that return functions
Functions that redefine themselves
Wow - this is really interesting stuff and is all explained clearly and concisely in short snippets of code which demonstrate the salient features of each topic - absolutely superb!!
This book is worth the price for Chapter3 alone and I cannot wait to get back reading it.
