The Gun is very good.,

This review is from: Stanley Heavy-Duty Glue Gun (DIY & Tools)This Glue Gun is generally very good. It does still have some room for improvement though. A longer power cord would be useful if you are working on something you cannot bring nearer to the power socket and you do not have an extension lead.Other than that, just switch on, wait 5 to 10 minutes to heat up after setting on either high or low; depending on whether you are gluing wood, metal, plastic, fabric etc. Keep the glue gun plugged in the power socket for continuous use, its quite simple; you just squeeze the glue out onto whatever you are gluing, and apply some pressure, compressing the two objects (that you wish to stick together) closer together. Allow about 10-20 minutes for the glue to cool down and set. Once the glue has set; it becomes tough solid plastic, holding things together very tightly.
I personally used this for a variety of things, from electronics course project to covering up mouse holes at home (there's a huge mice problem in birmingham, they're everywhere, hense the longer power cord). Anyway, I would have given this product a five star, because it is by far, the very best glue gun I've ever purchased, it would have a five star from me if it had another meter and a half of power cord. I know that's a bit strict, but it does cost extra to buy extension power cables/leads. This still gets a four star.
