Initial impressed with the heat out put, but the damn things are so easily triggered. Even while leaving the gel pack to cool down after boiling to dissolve the crystals the pack just seams to trigger itself. No much use if you want to use it later.
Update :-
I have followed the instructions carefully and boiled the water for twice the time ,carefully lifted the bag out of the water to cool. Come the morning the bag had self triggered again. Not a happy chap

It triggered itself because they were not boiled long enough. Need to make sure the liquid is totally clear before you stop boiling them,usually about 10 mins.
