A frank, honest account of dealing with this terrible disease. It is only one family's journey however it helps to bring many things more clearly into focus. Nowhere else have I found such an honest, unaffected account which has remained unmarred by avoiding being overly sentimental although is still very touching. It is unbelievably refreshing. We are currently on our own journey but this book has been both informative and helpful. I hope that it was perhaps as cathartic for Mr Bernstein in writing this book as it was helpful in reading it. And it is definitely worth reading. Thank you.
