The minute I started reading Sasha Stephens' book I knew I was in safe hands. In the most clear and concise way she lays out all the fallacies and pitfalls associated with insomnia, many things I had never even thought about. There had always been a sense that sleeping pills never really addressed the problem, but here Stephens explains not only why they are not the answer, but also the dangers surrounding them. For anyone wanting to get to the root of why they cannot sleep and to finally get over pill-dependency, this book will change your whole perspective. Highly recommended.
