FANTASTIC full body workout!,

This workout is definetly a BRILLIANT all rounder workout, the programme works like this.....
Warm up & stretching-Approx 5 mins
Cardio- split into 3 sections, Approx 17mins if you do all 3 sections, doesn't sound like alot but it really does work you, (Cardio 3 is a killer for your legs! but REALLY tones them up!)
Conditioning-split into 3 sections, Approx 16mins if you do all 3 sections, this includes push ups, leg raises to the side & leg pulses & in the last section squats & lunges, you really feel it in your legs & bum!
Abdominals- again split into 3 sections,Approx 9 mins in total if you do all 3 sections, this includes basic crunches & pulsing at the top, side twists & backward sit ups (very effective!)
Core work-split into 3 sections again, taking approx 14mins if you do all 3 sections, this is very effective with pilates moves, my stomach although isn't 100% flat yet saw a huge difference with these exercises.
& finally the "Cool down" which takes approx 7mins, this is really nice to do after all that hard work!
so on the whole I would definetly recommend this workout!
