Prior to ordering I wanted more information about a second hand book so sent the seller some questions about the condition of the item and whether it was being shipped from the UK as the listing implied, or from the States as some of the seller reviews implied. The answers could have effected my decision to purchase.
The auto email response said "we can only respond to customer e-mails and this e-mail address is not in our customer e-mail database".
The book shipped in a reasonable time and was in reasonable condition, but had no dust jacket (one of the questions I had asked) and came from the States, which had an impact on the delivery time.
I am reasonably with the way my order was handled, but disapppointed with the sellers inability to respond to important questions form new customers.
