An extremely poor interpretation,

This review is from: Jane Austen's Charlotte: Her Fragment of a Last Novel, Completed (Hardcover)
This novel ...is completely lacking in the wit and searing insight so common to the works of Jane Austen. This author should never have presumed to pick up her pen and attempt to duplicate Austen's style. The continuation is sketchy and jumps wildly from one plot thread to another. I found "Sanditon" by Jane Austen and "Another Lady" to be infinitely preferable to this drivel.
