Great book, the title of the book got me. How can you really get there if your never really here...,
This review is from: Wherever You Go, There You Are: Mindfulness meditation for everyday life (Paperback)
Came across the author in the recommended reading list from an NHS study session on mindfulness. I initially started practicing mindfulness techniques during the day in brief episodes while driving or ironing my shirt for work for example. I cant say that I felt the benefits initially from that rather realised just how often my mind did drift off and that I was often somewhere else. I now try to sit down and meditate daily if I can. I have definitely noticed benefits especially after mediatating early in the morning as crazy as that sounds to any night owls! I know I have always been one myself. Recommended.
