An Essential Read for Property Owners in the UK,
This review is from: Tax Planning For The Family Home: How to avoid CGT, Income Tax & Inheritance Tax on Private Residences (Paperback)
It might not have been the most interesting piece of literature I've read this year, but they can't always be riveting mysteries. As a property owner in the UK, I can honestly say that this was yet another of Hadnum's books that will have a prominent place on my office bookshelf. I've read a few of his informative tax advice guides and they have really helped me structure my finances and make sure that all of my t's are crossed and my i's are dotted. I am a non-native, but have dual citizenship and property in England, as well as spend time there and handle my properties. The complications and details are difficult to settle across an ocean and this guide will help me ask the right questions and handle issues for years to come. The straightforward way that Hadnum delivers all of his advice is wonderfully streamlined and clear. He says what needs to be said, eliminating the confusing jargon and annoyingly circuitous explanations that I have come across in the past. I think I'll have his entire collection of tax books by the time I'm done, but he knows what he is talking about and he certainly knows how to express it in a straightforward and informative way for those who really need the advice. Thanks again!
