Poor product description -- Windows only CD-ROM,
This review is from: Cambridge English Pronouncing Dictionary with CD-ROM (CD-ROM)
Bought the paperback version with CD ROM. Received it promptly this morning. However, I was massively disappointed to find that the CD ROM is for Windows users only. This issue was raised by a reviewer in July 2009 on the 17th Edition. The product description for the 18th Edition is still not pointing out that the CD ROM is Windows only and useless for Mac users. This is a disappointment, given that the paperback version without CD ROM is £4 cheaper.

it´s possible to run a virtual machine with windows based os like xp, vista or windows 7 under mac os and run the CD-ROM native.
