hmm.some what look like good recipes in here.until it comes to making the things.lol.i tried the anzac biscuit recipe at the end of the book(i'm a first time cake/biscuit baker btw)and low and behold,i did everything exactly as the recipe said,only to find that there was a.an ingredient missing.or.b.there was not enough of an ingredient that i'd used.the biscuits just dont gel.needless to say i've not tried any other recipes yet,i'm using a different book.

Don't know what you did. I made that Anzac biscuit according and come out as right as rain.

me too. Think you must have read the recipe wrong somehow. Dont give up just because one went wrong, we all have mishaps in the kitchen from time to time, give it another go, try another recipe, but dont give up. This is a lovely little book.
