My Mum and I have been cooking from this book in its various editions for as long as I can remember and therefore I have been eating these cakes all my life. They are still fantastic!. The recipes are exact, and if you follow them carefully you will not go wrong. Whether you are a novice baker or an exprienced cook this is the one cake book you cannot do without.
DO try:- Black Forest cake (which is flour free), wholewheat gingerbread, honey and spice cake, homemade digestive biscuits.
