1.0 out of 5 stars Utter rubbish, 18 Sep 2012
This review is from: The Hunger Games (2 Disc) [DVD] (DVD)
This film is complete rubbish. Utter tosh. There were many points in the course of the film where I said to myself that I can't watch any more of this without doing permanent damage to valuable brain cells. Even worse than the "Twilight" series, and that's saying something.

Please try reading the books first. They reveal so much more of the back story and plot details, I'm sure you will enjoy the film more with that information in your head beforehand!

Stick to Peppa pig or something similar. If you do not like this film or the Twilight saga, then you must be one of the mindless minority without any imagination whatsoever. I think your brain cells are already damaged, hence your comments about this film.

Why should we have to read a book to make a film better, a film should stand alone as a form of entertainment without relying on another meduim to halp it make sense, i too found this slow, and didnt care about anyone in the film.
