This review is from: Hats on!: 31 Warm and Winsome Caps for Knitters (Paperback)
This is a fun little book and good value for money. HOWEVER, the first hat I knit was enormous! British knitters might like to know that I can only get the correct gauge/tension by using double knit rather than Aran yarn (the book suggests 'worsted' which is usually translated as Aran) I also often need to go down a needle size. There are some mistakes in the charts as well. For best results, check Ravelry for errata and, unlike me, knit a tension square before you start. I would still recommend the book - there is a good variety of styles and the 4 hats I've made so far look cute. Guess what everyone's getting for Christmas!
