This book is seriosuly top notch book for anyone into sport or seriously into health and fitness. This describes every single thing to do with fitness and nutrition and the science behind it all and why what you eat is everything to do with your well being and sports performance. I have a friend who is an expert on nutrition and went into mr universe contests , university, seminars. he was pretty much a proffessor in sports nutrition and what he told me was the real thing and what really works in buildng muscle and what you should eat in your diet to make you extremely healthy and be better than that rest because there is too many lies and rubbish about what really works for you in sports nutrition especially on the web. everything he told me is in this book so this is a good source of information i can assure you that. It will explain to you why you need vitamins and essential fatty acids in your diet. When and what to eat for you to perform at your potential. How to gain results from doing weights and not lose muscle and how to keep it. How to calculate how much carbohydrates and protein etc your body needs and also the sceince behind it all. This book is golden. If you want to get the best out of your sport or fitness buy this book.
