5.0 out of 5 stars Thrashtastic!, 26 Sep 2011

This review is from: Five Serpent's Teeth (Audio CD)
This album is a big leap forward in terms of both songwriting and musicianship from Infected Nations. Already standing out from the pack of the New Wave of Thrash this album must surely propel the lads from Huddersfield into the big leagues. It easily stands out amongst anything the big 4 have realeased in the last 20 years and harks back to the glory days of thrash.
Opener Five Serpents Teeth is hard and heavy setting the tone for the rest of the album, and there are no dips or fillers in here. Anthems like Cult and Eternal Empire are future classics and theres even a ballad in here.
If theres one critiscism it's that Evile sound a little too much like 80's era Metallica but Metallica 2011 wish they still sounded this good.
All in all this is the best album I've heard come out of the New Wave of Thrash and easily deserves to stand amongst the best of the originals.

You've summed it perfectly! A massive leap forward but they need to be careful as they are sailing a little too close to the sound that Metallica adopted, circa late 80s.
