This review is from: The Sign and the Seal: Quest for the Lost Ark of the Covenant (Hardcover)
I've always been interested in the story of the Ark of the Covenant, but I suspect that this book would be a good read even for those with only a marginal curiosity. I've studied the Bible, and so I have enough of a background to guess at whether or not this story is Biblically plausible .... and it is. Extremely so.
The way in which Hancock follows the Ark step by step to it's logical ending place is exciting and fascinating. He allows the reader to follow his track from resting place to resting place. He's logical and he provides as much proof as I needed to construct a totally believable story. The evidence that he independently uncovered will surprise you!
Don't miss this book, it made the New York Times bestseller list for a reason!
