Don't believe "What a load of tosh",
This review is from: Toshiba Regza 32RV635DB 32-inch Widescreen 1080p LCD TV with Freeview (Electronics)
Have found this TV excellent in every way. Picture quality AND sound are excellent. The set was easy to install and automatically tuned itself to Freeview and to the second Freeview incorporated in our DVD recorder. A VHS player is also connected and the set automatically recognizes when DVD or VHS is to be used. A good point is that the set turns itself off when not in use. Therefore do not agree with the "load of tosh" review and think this is a superb TV at the Amazon price. One small annoyance is that the name "Toshiba" (at the foot of the screen) lights up when the set is on and this can be distracting.

You can turn off the 'Toshiba' logo, press the 'Menu' button, navigate to the last tab.. option is in there.

Hello Frank, just read your post which was very helpful. One point which may help you is that you can turn the Toshiba Logo off via the menus. I read it on an earlier post as we found the logo distracting when watching the TV Glen Beaumont
