Best abs section ever!,

I was back in my size 8's 10 days after having my baby thanks to this and the Summer Sanders dvd during pregnancy.
I have done the Mat workout intermittently over the past couple of years and 8 mths post birth I alternate both DVDs and always come back to this abs routine. Seriously excellent and my abs are as good as pre pregnancy. A word of warning though, I really don't think all the abs exercises are suitable very soon after birth as they are pretty advanced and you need to go at your own pace and let your core strengthen up, particularly before attempting the exercises using a free weight. The arms section is a little pointless and rushed but the whole workout is quite quick and does the job. I used to do it with my baby's cot on the floor!
