This book is about mind - how to protect our own mind from life's daily problems, how to find the natural contentment we all have, but so rarely find. It also goes very deeply & succinctly into some profound buddhist teachings, meditation & practices, including emptiness. I have read it quite a few times over the years and each reading just shines a bit more light onto life, death, the meaning of the universe and all that!
