Hard wearing and fantastic value for money,

This review is from: The North Face Jester Backpack (Sports)
I've just bought my son his second Jester backpack and realising how long ago it was since I bought the first, and the wear and tear it has put up with, I thought I'd take a few moments out to share why this is such a good backpack.
I bought the first backpack about four and a half years ago and since then my son has used it every day for school. It always looks full and all too frequently looked overfull, but the zips held and so did the stitching and the material. Only in the last couple of weeks has one of the bottom seams given way and frankly if it has failed a year ago I'd still be calling it a bargain. Boy's bags in secondary schools are never well treated - if you have, or had, a teenage son you'll know what I mean. His first backpack lasted a year before the zips broke. The second lasted two before the material split. This bag has lasted far longer than the two put together - and has cost about £10 a year compared to an average of £30 a year for the other two bags.
Buy a Jester, I don't think you'll regret it.
