Amy Smart goes through the motions,
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
This review is from: Love N' Dancing [DVD] (DVD)
I bought this film as I am a film collector and was particularly interested at looking at the career of Amy Smart. Whilst I didn't expect too much from this film (the title gives the game away), I was neverthelss a little disappointed. It didn't have any high points, tension, drama or magic moments of moving scenes. In fact the whole film just drifted along with no real pace and finally ground to a halt for the end credits. Ms Smart doesn't shine at all and seems to be more often than not simply going through the motions. Perhaps she didn't like dancing or the partner she was paired with! I'm sorry to say that having watched it once, it will be quite some time before I'm moved to watch it again.

Bob....I have not seen the film and although an avid follower of Amy Smart I probably will give it a miss. Amy Smart though is the business as far as an actress is concerned and I only became aware of her after watching her in a film on television. The film was going nowhere, then enter Amy Smart. Check her out again!

Bob Weston says:
I agree with you that the film was going nowhere until Amy Smart entered the film but my beef is, it didn't go that much further after. I believe, she didn't have much of a chance to do a lot with the script given, but that is a criticism of the film not her. Thanks for the view point, point taken.
