King Arthur Directors cut,
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
This review is from: King Arthur [Blu-ray] (Blu-ray)
This is such a good movie and looks amazing on Blu ray.
The directors cut is a totally different movie to the one released in cinemas.
Lots of intense action scenes quite graphic in places.
Clive Owen even pulls of his portrayal of Arthur even if he is usually quite wooden!
Good period action movie on a par with films like Braveheart, a couple of hours of pure escapism.

What are the differences between this version and the theatrical version? Extended run times? Less or different music? Better/added scenes?

Old Outlaw says:
The directors cut is five minutes longer than the theatrical version and contains scenes or more graphic scenes than those for cinema release.
Quoting the cover now the adventure is longer, grittier and more explicit.
I hope this helps

Many thanks Paul.
Even though i can buy this BD here from the US Amazon.com. it is a purely British film and i would like to get the UK version.
Also has a better old school BD cover, i just hope my region free Philips BDP3406 player can decode it... Guess i'll find out! :/
