Yes, Grit Doctor I will Run!,
This review is from: Run Fat Bitch Run (Paperback)
I absolutely LOVE this book! And what a fresh approach to a 'new year new you' title.
The no nonsense guidance is so refreshing - you don't have to go on some stupid diet or join a gym, which both cost you the earth! Just spend the £10.99 it costs to buy the book and you will be amazing at how much enthusiasm you have.
If you're offended by the title then you obviously take yourself far too seriously...

Curious about your last sentence - I'm inclined to agree that if someone is offended by the title, it's their problem, but it's also the authors problem because it's a whole bunch of people who could gain something from the book who won't be buying it.
IMHO, a lot more people will be put off buying this book than attracted to it because of the title. That may well mean that too many people take themselves too seriously, but it also means they won't be handing over hard-earned cash for the book!

I do get the point made above, but on the other hand it was the title that made me consider buying this book rather than any other running book - I hadn't even considered buying a running book but although I often try to run I'm not very good at it and always end up walking more than running - I saw the title of this book and straight away thought now there's the book for me! So I guess she loses some sales, she gains some sales - at the end of the day the title makes her book stand out and personally I love it - some straight talking is just what I need!
