This review is from: The Third World War: A Narrative History (Kindle Edition)
I am something of a grammar and spelling fiend and I found the regular mistakes in these three volumes irritating. That said it was not enough to detract from my overall enjoyment of the story.
I won't comment on the probability of the events portrayed actually taking place. I would have to leave that to a foreign affairs expert but the story was compelling and sufficiently believable to be able to just enjoy the ride. The chief protagonist is a complex and well-reasoned character and I personally had a love/hate relationship with him and his ideology which set the tone for the rest of the book imagining the relationship that he must have had with the electorate, his party and the wider world.
All in all, a good read
