Don't buy it even thought Bob asked so,
This review is from: Corporate Finance and Valuation (Paperback)
I bought this book because I chose two lectures taught by Bob Ryan and he chose this book as the core textbook.
It's one of the worst textbooks I have ever read, poorly structured and full of incredible mistakes.

Professor R. J. Ryan says:
Sorry to hear you did not like the book - unfortunately you do have to buy books or borrow them from the library. As professors on a course we cannot lend out personal copies for revision purposes.

M Bennett says:
This is a remarkable claim and to deserve taking seriously, it would need to be substantiated with some definite evidence. You do not even attempt to offer any. The structure of the book is logical in its development of the subject, and consistent with other leading textbooks on this complex subject. You say that you were a student on the author's course - is the motive for this review a personal disagreement during your course such as not receiving as good a mark as you feel you deserved or, as Prof Ryan's response suggests, to do with having to actually purchase a copy rather than being provided with one free?
