A bit disappointed,
Verified Purchase(What is this?)

I think i must stop buying Nigel Slater's recipe books as they are starting to feel like duplicates. I don't know what i expected but this book doesn't live up to much for me. I have a 1992 copy of Slater's book called 'Real Fast Food' & this latest book just feels like an updated version of the original which i bought 22 years ago, blimey how quickly we age.
Having said that, i still think Nigel Slater is probably the best cookery writer around, so if you are new to him or don't have any of his recipe books do buy this & anything else he has written. You won't regret it.
