This review is from: Healthy Gluten-free Eating: In Association with Coeliac UK (Healthy Eating Series) (Paperback)
This is the first gluten free cook book I owned (earlier version) and in my opinion it's still the best. There are some great basic recipes including pancakes, biscuits, savoury and sweet pastry and pizza dough. The recipes use easily available ingredients but don't use ready blended 'all purpose' flour mixes, so the book translates well across countries. As well as covering the basics, there are some great ideas for substitutions, such as how to use Chinese rice paper circles to create crispy parcels of salmon or spring rolls.
Finally, the cover photo doesn't do the pizza base recipe justice!
